WebOct 20, 2024 · First thing first, we used tempura paint to paint a piece of tin foil. The paint seemed to coat the foil best when it was painted in a circular pattern. Do not use too much paint or when you press your paper on the paint to make a print, the paint will spread and close up your designs. The thicker you draw in your lines, the better the results. WebPrint! Tape your tinfoil down to secure it. This is your printing plate. Using markers, draw right onto your tin foil: the marker may not show up perfectly. That is okay and it’s all part of the process! Take your damp paper towel and gently wet your piece of paper so that the paper is damp but not dripping wet.
