Webb26 dec. 2024 · Watson who lived between the years 1878 and passed on in 1958 said that psychology is a science and that data which can be easily seen by anyone is the only evidence to that fact. He argued that the foundation of science is data and which can be verified through observation of behavior. WebbWatson’s theory has four metaparadigms that it adheres to: person, health and illness, environment, and nursing (George, 2010). Person refers to the spiritual aspect of life, believing that the human experience is part of spirituality instead of spirituality being part of the human experience (George, 2010).
