Web16 sep. 2024 · The following treatment sequence was planned: (1) Decompensation and alignment of the dental arches by preoperative orthodontic treatment; (2) Maxillary advancement (8.0 mm) by a Le Fort I osteotomy; (3) mandibular setback combining two surgical approaches, that is, SSRO and mandibular body ostectomies.
