I have many with the refuse hauling and burial labors enabled. There are no burrow alerts on. There are dwarves available for work. The job to move corpses is not even appearing in the jobs list, nor is it getting done.

No one has gone in to the workshop despite there being lots of jobs assigned there, no one will move the body. I tried telling them to dump it, but no one went near it.
WebSkills like mining, wood cutting, smithing, masonry, etc. can all be trained easily and have the added benefit of increasing body and soul attributes with training. It can be helpful to have a dwarf with good skill in harder to train areas of military like Dodger and to a lesser extent Wrestler.

This is only if you want to dump the body, say in lava or outside.
