A recent study by the AAA auto club found that drivers who sleep just four or five hours a night have a crash rate more than five times higher than those who get seven hours. WebIf this has been going on for more than a couple of days, they would be considered to have CHRONIC Sleep Deprivation. As mentioned above, this can cause a whole host of problems for our children.
