Leave room for insulating behind the duct. Why put the vents in the wall anyway? Webit is tight but you can fit a 3"stack into 2x4 walls but you have to add 3/4" strapping to get the wall thickness to 4 1/4". as plumbfitter said you can't run any horizontal water lines across the stack unless you have 2x6. you don't need 4" inside the walls unless you are draining more than 3 toilets. at least in mass you put 3 toilets on 3"
